Ernie Theobald
Ernie Theobald
Managing Director
Ernie is responsible for managing the profitability and growth of the company. He has worked in (SaaS) software, payments and value-added services for the last 20 years, holding commercial, management and directorship positions. Ernie has a deep focus on customer services, client relationship management and business development. He brings this strategic and customer-centric approach to lead Ibcos through the next stage of its success.

When he’s not working, Ernie spends his time with his family in the Wiltshire countryside. Ernie loves exercise and good food but predominately spends his weekends taxiing his children to and from sporting activities.
James Buchanan
James Buchanan
Sales Director
James and his team of salespeople are responsible for growing and maintaining Ibcos' customer base. He began to show his leadership skills while working at Associated British Ports as Operations Manager. James has also held leadership roles at the Home Retail Group, Würth UK and Kramp UK. One of his proudest career achievements was implementing several key process improvements at Kramp UK, which significantly enhanced the customer experience. When not working, James loves biking, running, exploring new destinations around the world and taking scenic photos of the places he visits.
Steve Townley

Development Director
Steve is responsible for the Development Team consisting of experienced professionals that deliver new features to our product portfolio as part of our ongoing programme of software projects. The team is responsible for the technical roadmap of our systems whilst also providing ongoing maintenance of the software.

Steve has 30 years’ experience leading IT and development teams for public and private sector organisations in information management, IT, education, software and services industries. He brings a strong combination of software development, Infrastructure, support, M&A, product integration and senior management skills.

When he is not working, Steve loves watching football with his son and grandson. He also enjoys walking his dog, DIY, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Pete Bradbury

Product Director
Pete is responsible for the strategic direction of the software products within the business and leads a team of experienced Product professionals in doing so. Pete has ambitious plans to drive the future of dealer management software through innovation to enable customer success.
Pete has many years’ experience which began hands-on in plant, heavy vehicles and car mechanics. After moving into aftersales management with a retail motor dealership, Pete implemented and enhanced the Kerridge Autoline system for the Lex Group (~150 dealers at the time) and Daewoo Cars when they first started in the UK.
Since then, Pete has worked in software product-based leadership roles across many industries including Rail, Logistics, Shipping, Law Enforcement, Defence and Central Government. Before joining Ibcos Pete was Head of Product within a market leading software business delivering solutions to support local government children’s services.
When not working Pete is a scout leader, very keen wood turner along with a proud father and grandfather.
Kemi Harper
Kemi Harper
Finance Manager
Kemi manages accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis for the company. She also ensures compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
She is an ACCA qualified accountant with over 25 years’ experience working in the finance field in a variety of industries (manufacturing, integrated trading and investment, software developing).
Outside of work Kemi is a Manchester United fan, enjoys watching and reading crime thrillers, and travelling.
Martin Hughes

PSG Manager
Martin joined Ibcos in 1999, coming from an IT/Customer Services background. Since joining he has gained valuable experience operating across several roles within the business.

During his tenure at Ibcos, Martin has worked as a Support Analyst, Sales Representative and Consultant. This experience has provided Martin with an understanding of our customer industries, and an appreciation of the day-to-day operational challenges that many dealers face. Currently, Martin oversees the implementation and training of new products and services that are delivered through our Professional Services Team.

During his downtime Martin enjoys walking his dog, going to the cinema and spending time with his family.

Customer Support Manager
Katy leads the Application and Technical Support teams at Ibcos. During the last 20 years Katy has worked in Customer Support for dealer management systems within the Motor and Agricultural industries. She has created training guides, delivered onsite and remote training and now leads the teams to deliver support to our wide customer base. She enjoys working with her team to develop their skills within the role and business while ensuring customer satisfaction remains the primary goal.

Outside of work Katy leads a busy life with four children and a horse to take care of. In rare quiet moments she enjoys completing a jigsaw puzzle or sudoku.

Purchasing and Planning Manager
Katie-Louise oversees the Purchasing and Planning team who are responsible for a variety of tasks including scheduling all consultancy and engineering work, purchasing based on any customer requirements and arranging the distribution of the manufacturer price file updates for dealers.

Katie-Louise joined Ibcos in 2016 as an Interdepartmental Administrator before starting with PSG in 2018. Prior to Ibcos, she worked in the advertising industry before moving into accounting software.

When not working she enjoys walking her dog along the beach, watching crime documentaries, going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.

Strategic Product Innovation Manager
Steven manages the Initiatives Team at the company and is responsible for working closely with our development team to deliver new products, modules, and features that streamline business processes for our dealers and help future-proof their operations.

Prior to joining the software industry, Steven spent seven years as a secondary school teacher. Since then, he has held a variety of product roles across sectors including education and healthcare. He is passionate about using agile methodologies to build high-value software that truly benefits the end user and holds certifications as a Scrum Master, Advanced Product Owner, and Agile Leader.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time in Devon with his wife and four children. He also volunteers as a youth coach for an under-12s football team, where most weekends are spent on the touchlines across the county.
Gil Parker-Weekes
Gil Parker-Weekes
Marketing Manager
Gil leads the Marketing team at Ibcos, and is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, communications and sales support. She is passionate about articulating value and connecting companies with the customers they serve.

Gil has 18 years’ experience in full-stack marketing communications and growth hacking. Her international career started in the publishing, automotive and manufacturing industries, later she focused on helping B2B enterprise (SaaS) software organisations.

Outside of work, Gil enjoys gardening, poetry, fitness and soaking up the beauty of the Somerset countryside.
